Sounds like an Ad to me. So I would suggest that anyone reading this AD do not contact those people, but a local reputable company.

Ask people at work if they are happy with their loan, ask people at church. They will tell you who has done a good job.

Sounds too good to be true, and probably is. Let us know what the rate is when you finally get to the closing, because I bet it won’t be what you are saying it is today. I have been a loan officer for 7 years, and I understand how the brokers get people hooked into what they think is a great deal, and then the closing happens…!
