Do you feel that ability to get a home loan for borrowers will be an important issue for next president?

Due to all the people who are defaulting on mortgages, it will be a very different environment by the time elections come around. Many voters important issue will be what will the government do to help me into a home even though my credit is damaged due to my last forclosure. What kinds of things will be the hot button issues for the next presidential debates in relation to home loans/mortgages? and what can be done to help people into home loans by the government?

   the problems not being able to get a loan, it’s from High Property Taxes. The company I’m with, works with people with credit scores in the 520 range. They’ve been in business over 25 years.
   So the issue should be on property taxes. along with all the other off the wall taxes.
   Indiana had it’s own Boston Tea Party, and they need to do it again.

   The real problem is your money is almost worthless because of the federal reserve printing money for the government.

   This is why home prices bubbled.

   This is why the housing market is now collapsing.

   because our money is based on paper. and its becoming darn near worthless.
